I added test cases for full code coverage and this helped bring down the number of support issues and time spent on fixing bugs. Then I spent time optimizing backend and frontend, for a much improved user experience. Up to 2300% improvements in speed/responsiveness were achieved across the whole stack. Since then, we've grown to nearly 1 million users.
