Development & industrilization of new clothes dryer series, a new product category for the company. Start-up of assembly line and production equipment. Preparation of manufacturing, quality and design instructions. Responsibilities include concept & engineering design, development & industrilization of new products; improvement of existing models; feasibility & material cost analysis; quality check & assurance; customer relations & maintanence; start-up & running of product & component test laboratories.

Start-up of an engineering office, named Arcelitalia S.r.l. in Milan on behalf of the mother company Arcelik A.S. My responsibilities include searching & employing experienced local Italian product experts, running engineering projects, search & supervision of suppliers of components, dies, moulds, manufacturing equipment, industrial design companies, kitchen furniture manufacturers.

Start-up of central R&D department (starting with 4 people, leaving with 100). My key learnings include R&D organization; CAE studies; design validation and 6-phase NPD process. I was responsible for the following posts during my 11 years in the same department: vibration & dynamic analysis expert; project & program (group of projects) leader; management of structural design and washing & cleaning groups; product responsible for wet appliances and finally product responsible for all R&D projects.
