Worked with national and international clients, delivering consulting services in Cloud Computing and DevOps. Designed and implemented cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging containers and serverless architectures. Built and maintained CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automation strategies to improve scalability, security, and reliability.

Owned the maintenance and optimization of our GitLab CI platform, ensuring scalability, high availability, and consistent performance. Also managed internal development environments, improving reliability and developer productivity through automation and standardization.

Configured and managed observability in New Relic, building dashboards to monitor infrastructure, application, and business metrics. Implemented Slack-integrated alerting focused on APM and infrastructure signals to enable real-time monitoring and faster incident response.

Contributed to internal engineering projects using Jenkins, Chef, and Docker. Collaborated with developers to improve the delivery process and support application deployments. Designed and maintained CI/CD pipelines and oversaw Docker-based releases. Specialized in Chef configuration management, AWS, and Infrastructure as Code adoption.

Owned the operation of Cloud IaaS environments, balancing performance, stability, and cost. Managed Linux fleets (CentOS, RHEL, Ubuntu) and automated workflows with Ansible, Docker, Git, and Jenkins. Drove cloud cost-benefit analysis and partnered with teams to improve internal services and the Hi Platform, delivering better functionality and user experience.
