1) Delivering high standard of SAP support services in a timely manner to client’s widely diverse end users (EMEA region) as a certificated SAP consultant with knowledge about Finance and Accounting obtained through MBA and CIMA student experience, properly managing outsourced third vendors (2nd and 3rd line) in UK and India, and fully understanding the cultural differences of both the end users and the outsourced third vendors. Worked mainly in the fields of: Consumer Products, and Life Sciences; Industrial Machinery & Components; and Retail / Media. Managed the team as the leader of the management accounting team. Successes included improving team performance through individually tailored training.

Involved in the implementation project of SAP ERP systems for leading companies in the fields of game manufacturing; baby foods; pharmaceuticals; and cosmetics. 1) System engineer of SAP ERP system (2005-2007) Designed add-on function for SAP ERP system in almost all modules (i.e., financial, management accounting, sales, logistics and production module) 2) Developer of SAP ERP system (2003-2004) Developed add-on programme for SAP ERP system, mainly in the financial module.
