Worked under pressure in a country known for its high standards of customer service (USA). Developed creativity through online presence maintenance - designing a new website and flyers, posting property listings and creating virtual tours. Attention to detail refined through assistance with general property management and maintenance where necessary, including: holiday rental property bookings and accepting rent payments.

During an extended exchange in Hannover I volunteered with my host-mother for a week at the Gasthaus Ökumene during the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation. Welcomed and engaged with international guests who arrived in Wittenberg for the celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Lutheran Reformation. Also participated in workshops hosted by the Gasthaus Ökumene.
