• Praktikum in SAP Business One, learning about how works the system and Add-ons Invent (Bankplus and Taxplus for Brazilian taxes). • Giving support to the Brazilian and Argentinian customers on “go live” as remake process teaching the customer, find solutions for errors of SAP. • create users, apply licences, define groups of user and apply authorization, to do tests in system of marketing, manager IT tickets during the go live.

• Responsible for exportation of tires, molds, MRO (maintenance, repair and overhaul internal products), raw material to different destination and in special important customer Goodyear Argentina. • Exportation in sea, carrier and air freight to different countries around the world.

• Responsible for sea and air freight from Europe, US and Korean to Latam of product “Black Carbon” • Customer service activities, create sales orders, invoice, packing list in SAP SD. Administration of national orders of national and imported products for local Market. • Responsible for exporter process from Brazil to Latam destination, since creation in SAP until delivery cargo to the customer, negotiation of national and international freight, brokers services and others suppliers.
