- Aligned to Institutional Client Group, I am responsible for delivering the most senior and business critical executive search priorities for Markets and Securities Services; - Identification, engagement, assessment and placement of Director/MD level priorities across Equities and Fixed Income in EMEA; - Serving as Subject Matter Expert (SME) specifically with extensive knowledge and networks across Markets and Securities Services - Equities.

Headhunting across Cash and Derivatives Equities - covering Europe, CEEMEA, Asia and the US. Roles across sales, sales trading, trading and research. Working with a number of bulge bracket banks.

• Mandates working on: Country Manager, CFO, Financial Analyst, Project Manager, HR Director, Marketing Director, Management Accounting Manager, Regional Manager, Channel Coordinator, Quality Manager etc. • Sectors working in: financial, IT, pharmaceutical, FMCG, marketing, retail etc. • Developing relationships and liaising with Hiring Managers on a daily basis, • Negotiations with Clients (exclusiveness in providing services, purely retained assignments), • Proposing the strategy, • Defining the search
