During my time at Vinson, I led a team of consultants to generate the strategic plan of a postal and parcel firm; a construction company; and a nonprofit organization. I also support those institutions during the implementation process.

In my role as Business Insights & Innovation Manager, I led a team of 5 people to solve various business problems and to detect business opportunities, acting as in-house consultant. I was in charge as well of the social innovation projects of the forestry business.

As a Business Analyst working in the Corporate Development Department, I analyzed investment opportunities, performed technical and financial assessments, and successfully led many cross-functional projects.

During my time at Dictuc, I provided advisory and study services to public institutions. In particular, I designed an impact evaluation methodology for energy efficiency programs; and a method to calculate the expected private and social impact of Clean Production Agreements.
