Tamas Eder

As a Best Starter, I participate in diverse trainings, starting from basic products of the Bank Austria up to securities. I work at the International Private Customers, where I am able to practice and improve my language knowledge as well as my financial knowledge. Bank Austria has one of the best education and training plan in the finance branch in Austria.

The HR Retail department is responsible for all the affiliates in Austria. As an intern I am highly involved in the tasks of the department, such as contracts of current and ex-employees, education & recruiting of the apprentices, talents, best starters, graduates, etc.

As a Talent Management intern I usually prepared documents for the pre-meetings and Talent Round Tables. I worked with PDS, which was the main application of the department. The TM department was in charge of defining Talents, Potentials (Young, High, Executive) and the succession planning such as feeder roles, next possible positions, long time positions, readiness, etc. During my internship I was highly involved in an organizational health analysis.

As a procurement intern I supported the procurement department. I updated weekly as well as monthly reports of the blanket orders. Used applications: MS-Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Procurement-related: Globus, SDB, L@RS

As an Intern my main tasks were to support the Project Managers - writing protocols, editing and creating time and cost schedules. The main project I was involved was the 16.TH, which was a 100 million Euro project. I mostly worked with MS-Office Products: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. In addition to that I got the know MS-Project as well.

As a Project Assistant I was highly involved in the EBID project. EBID is a huge database that includes general information about companies all over the word. I was mainly testing the system, correct the entries and optimize the usage of the application
