Tamás Molnár

As a lead designer, I delivered web design and brand concepts for NGOs like Fauna & Flora, Friends of the Earth, ISSC, Sierra Club, Policy Network, and more. I am working on complete visual identity, social media assets, and web designs for recent clients such as Fairtrasa, Resolute Square, Cause Agency, and Local Voices.

I was responsible for developing visual concepts and design layouts for e-commerce B2B and B2C companies like Auchan, Rentingo and Loginet. I designed prototypes and guidelines for developers on both Android and iOS systems. I also ran user tests and other UX research for insights.

External lead UX/UI designer, providing support for two squads. I delivered insights into customer needs by collecting and analysing data through qualitative user tests. I simplified user flows and improved customer journeys based on learnings of continuous wireframing and user testing. Increased customer retention by improving landing pages, designing digital static and animated brand materials for monthly campaigns, and more.

External freelance support in web design and branding. Among other projects, I worked on the websites and brand materials of Translegal, Nappali & Reggeli bar, and Dr Kiraly Gastroenterology Institute.
