I am cooperating with machinery suppliers in the creation of technical solutions, layouts and costings to meet the customers enquiry. I conduct sales presentations during which I explain the benefits and features of RAUPACK's products to prospects and customers. I also communicate customer feedback to our machinery suppliers. When required, I assist the customer in project management after order has been placed. I execute after sales tasks and I am directly involved in the creation of marketing materials.

My main responsibilities are troubleshooting different IT problems, setting up new PCs and other hardware, installing and testing new software and carrying out software updates. My duties also include minor adjustments to network setup and I am responsible for the maintenance of file and email server as well.

My main task was to make calculations regarding pre-sales and to determine the costs of integration services by considering Service Level Agreements (SLAs). During these calculations I communicated with engineers and salesmen as well, after which the calculated result got into the contract. Due to the scope of the company I got acquainted with various network devices and their functionalities.

I was responsible for handling the Exchange Participants and prepare them for their traineeship with proper trainings.

Continuous Student Communication Team was responsible for creating a proper image about AIESEC among students at Budapest University of Technology and Economics. We organised and managed a whole promotion and during that time we were trying to focus on all of the channels that we can reach the students with, such as information desks/sessions, classroom presentations, newspapers, posters, flyers, trifolders and webpage.
