- Developing and leading guest wellness programs - Running integrated wellness testing and an alchemy bar - Development and analysis of spa menu including wellness programs - Daily operations of the spa and wellness facilities - Management of gym facilities and yoga studios - Conducting Yoga therapies and classes for guests - Set up all aspects of Spa operations including development of all operating procedures, ordering of operating suppliers, recruitment and training of the spa team

- To deliver the Spa + Recreation revenue + profit targets - To deliver the key performance metrics: Therapist utilization, room occupancy, retail sales, labour %, income per hour - Deliver the recognised Marriott Spa + Recreation journey for all clients - Creatively enhance the treatment + range of facilities - Create + deliver an effective sales + marketing calendar for the year - Maximize Digital, Social, PR and hard copy channels of business

Strategische + operative Leitung, Führung, Motivieren, Schulung des gesamten Spa-Teams (ca. 20 Mitarbeiter), Sicherstellung der optimalen Kabinen- + Mitarbeiterauslastung, Erstellung von Dienst- + Urlaubsplänen, Angebots- und Preisgestaltung, Budgetverantwortung, Beschwerdemanagement, Durchführung von Behandlungen, Überwachung der Qualität + des Servicestandards, Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter in Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, Umsetzung der Spa-Strategie (Holistic, Detox)

Spa Exkursion mit einer kleinen Gruppe von Hoteliers, Spa Betreibern, Architekten und Spa Managern von Süd nach Nord Vietnam: buddhistisches Wissen, thailändische Einflüsse, Verschmelzung von TCM und französischem Kolonialismus zu einer ganz eigenen Spa-Kultur, authentische Spa-Konzepte, asiatische Behandlungszeremonien, inspirierende Raumerlebnisse und einzigartige Spa- Architektur, Besuch regionaler Kräuterhäuser, Heiler und Apotheken, Spa-Cuisine-Kochkurs
