I was holding the position of managing director of MSK Cabins, the home of more than 200 professionals with turnover of > 80M€/a. As a managing director I was responsible for short and long term performance of the company. Together with my growing amount of professionals we aligned and implemented our values, mission, vision and strategy every day with four perspectives, financial, customer, internal processes and continuous learning. I was also member of MSK Group management team.

As a production manager and member of MSK Cabins management team I Ied my organization in areas of tube bending, plate forming, punching, welding, assembly, robotics and developmental work research. I also was responsible of production planning, internal logistics and spare part business. During the last years as production manager my main focus was in leading and successfully implementing the company wide development and cost optimization project applying LEAN and heading towards operational excellence.

As a development manager I was responsible of process development projects in Finland. The biggest individual work task was working as a project manager of nickel concentrate upgrading project definitive feasibility study including process piloting, investment planning, funding and subsidy planning, REACH registration and related studies including environmental permitting.

Task included planning and management of production and operative maintenance of world´s biggest talc production unit, Sotkamo plant, and role of occupational health and safety manager. My organization included 55 people.

Main task was leading process development and optimization projects of Mondo Minerals production processes in Finland and partly in Holland. I also had a key role in investment projects in Finland. In my development work I utilized successfully six sigma and design of experiment tools

I participated in investment and process development projects in Finland and Russia. My key work task was process and layout design of rubber compounding factory in Vsevolozhsk, Russia. I was also responsible of machine installation planning and supervised the installations in Russia.
