Responsible for client partnerships and expanding Consultport’s expert community in the DACH region. Specifically focused on collaborations in the area of digitalization and digital transformation. Consultport is the leading premium platform for businesses, consultants and digital experts with more than 3,000 members.

- Co-organized a 2-day hackathon with 60 participants, resulting in 12 product ideas & several new hires - Supported the conceptualization of a performance monitoring system across 10+ digital product teams - Organized cross-departmental pitch and network events across 20+ product service teams

- Created an automated Business Intelligence solution to evaluate sales performance across ca. 8 sales teams - Assisted in a 3-month organizational roll-out of an internal sales forecast tool across ~ 500 employees

- Optimized the feature release & change management process by introducing lean & agile methods, defining process milestones etc. - Managed the implementation & documentation of internal audit criteria across “Mercedes me connect”

- Assisted in the re-segmentation of 90+ client accounts based on annual sales performance & growth - Coordinated tender exercises of largest client accounts - Optimized sales reporting processes, saving ca. 100 FTE hours per year

- Co-developed a framework to scale agile product development for a DAX 30 client, e.g. structured & created framework components, defined the project’s key milestones & coordinated project team - Conducted bachelor thesis: Antecedents to inter-team coordination in large-scale agile software development

- Advised on long-term market entry opportunities in 2 developing countries in collaboration with international institutions (e.g. World Bank Group, German Society for International Cooperation) - Conducted a profound study on the business growth potential of expanding into new municipal utility segments
