I was the first line of contact with the corporate client base and their transferees and was responsible for prioritising, planning and scheduling work effectively. Providing assistance and guidance on an ongoing basis to transferees in the process of moving. Demonstrating the ability to generate solutions to problems. Empathising with clients in stressful situations and unfamiliar locations.
