Hired to design and start-up an indipendent supply chain for Cognis in Italy after the spin-off from Henkel group. Accountable for order fulfilment process in Italy. Management of customer service teams based in Como and Milan, of Italian warehouses (distribution center and four satellite warehouses) and of production planning in the Italian manufacturing plant.

Responsible of planning and procurement in one of the site manufacturing factories (two years in body care and one year in household & fabric care). Supervised areas: master-scheduling, scheduling, inventory management and procurement (raw and packing materisls). Accountable of service level Vs distributione centers

One year spent in R&D and quality department to complete the senior degree thesis: "Attack on soda-lime glass containers used as packaging in the pharmaceutical industry"
