- Define the architecture for a Big-Data scale Business Logging service for SAP Cloud Platform. Focus on cost-efficiency, scalability and zero data loss - Built a proof-of-concept of a highly reliable, elastic and scalable Business Logging service using AWS technologies and a serverless architecture. Service was built using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Kinesis, S3 and DynamoDB and could cope easily with thousands of message per second while handling out-of-order logs and ordering without losing any log.

- Investigate the opportunities of graph technologies for a cloud based Support KPI catalog which grants customers access to a modern web store with a state of the art user experiences like personalized recommendations. - Define a domain specific and easy extensible taxonomy for a graph based storage of cross-departmental KPIs. - Explore graph algorithms for a sophisticated user experience and insights into the usage of the KPIs

- Design an easy extensible framework for a learning recommendation system based on the SAP HANA Graph, which enriches user requests, provides flexibility for ultra-personalization and allows to apply superordinated rules. - Implement the framework with focus on performance, caching and parallelization. - Use the graph database to store the framework in the graph itself

- Analyze the missing features and functionalities of bid comparison for purchase orders. - Create a concept that simulates the expected costs of an offer, based on historical purchase orders. - Support a consultant during his visit at a big customer by identifying issues of the customer

- Implement a calculation for future exchange rates based on current interest yield curves and their usage in high-volume currency conversion. - Provide a concept for integrating the calculation into the HANA Platform. - Contributed to a customer PoC for instrument level planning for a big North American Bank, in order to prove SAP HANA capabilities and opportunities for the customer algorithms
