- Daily coordination of procurement activities - Assist in training staff on procurement policies - Assists staff as needed on creating clear and understandable purchase requests - Collects quotations and bids from the market for PR-s - Ensure fair competition and strictly adhere to rules regarding vendor relations - Interact with contractors, in coordination with the Program & Logistics departments - Prepare the required documentation of supplies and transactions are completed

- Assisting in the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Process - Assisting in the Fleet management Process. - Assisting in managing general services (expatriate staff accommodation, offices and storage facilities). - Supervise a team of drivers. - Assisting in repairs and maintenance of equipment and facilities. - Finding the most suitable suppliers and service providers. - Creating and managing contracts.

- Coordination of purchasing activities with subsidiaries. - Analyzing components and suppliers. - Calculation of the budget for subsidiaries. - Monthly analysis of prices of raw materials. - Identifying potential projects for local purchasing by analysis of groups of material in SAP. - Preparing and holding of weekly video conferences with subsidiaries. - Monitoring deadlines of first sample deliveries in ongoing projects. - Documentation of relevant data for the qualification of components.

- Calculation of the shipping prices. - Distribution and Distributions management in the flight. - Brief knowledge in Management of hazardous materials.
