My 1st. professional strength is to improve the current innovative process technology and production process of the company by keeping in mind the long term competitiveness, safety and sustainability of the production. My 2nd professional strength is upscalling of main key process equipment of pilot plant to commercial industrial plant.

I was engaged with setting up of apparatus for experimental work, performing experimental work, data analysis, compilation and presentation of results.

I performed the R & D work regarding economic recovery of rear earth metals from stand stone rock. In addition, development of procedures and work instructions for process, optimization of process parameters at pilot plant and HES studies were also in my job description.

I served as a shift engineer in Ammonia and Urea production plant. Further assignments were to assist plant management in evaluating and achieving the production target, creating and maintain of plant technical documents, product quality control and plant repair and maintenance planning.
