• As per previous role (Nokia Wireless Modem acquired by Renesas) working on Android-based platforms with some added LTE/4G<->3G Inter-System QA test activities, plus direct contributions to various platform-productizations (incl. with the world’s No1 smartphone/tablet vendor) • Hand-picked (post-acquisition) for part of the new company’s Key-Employee Retention incentives

• Part of an integral 2-person team (along with the Functional Test Chief), playing a Lead Role in ensuring timely and seamless introduction of all new Wireless Modem platforms/prototypes against regular protocol testing activities & Test Assets (additionally promoted to Senior Engineer) • Adjusting and optimizing available Test Assets (internal test scripts, TTCN) vs. new WM platforms software/hardware requirements, as well as on maturing latest WM/UE protocol software and Tools

• Permanent staff (after 20 months of contracting) • Error-Inbox handling and advanced log-analysis on Conformance testing vs. Industrial Standards (3GPP/34.123/RAN5) or Operator-specified (GCF/PTCRB) TTCN testcases, using external protocol testers (Anritsu, Rohde & Schwarz, Anite) • Daily support to external partners (Licensees/ST-Ericsson, Broadcom, Intel, Renesas, Infineon and SS-vendors/Rhode & Schwarz, Anite, Anritsu) • Assigned as Nokia’s specialist on Rhode & Schwarz 3GPP/34.123 protocol testers

• Co-ordination of WRAN’s daily L2/L3 protocol testing, split across 3 areas/Test Engineers: 3GPP/34.123, Live Network and PTS testing – personally experienced in all such test areas • Log-analysis (debugging) of problems detected, raising and follow up of errors and communication of issues across affected teams (developers, SW-integration, build management, local network etc) • Actively involved in testing of new prototypes and new SW-features (e.g. HSDPA, HSUPA, MBMS)

· Member of the 3G Deployment Group (IOT & Field Engineering teams) · Primarily involved in testing and analysis of 3G/2G scenarios in field tests · Identifying and recording faults/errors from regression and reliability testing of voice, video and data functionality (across operator-specified locations and routes) · Initial analysis of issues at L3/RRC-messaging level (self-taught)

· Served as a Telecommunications Operator responsible for running the ‘’HERMES’’ Digital Comms System of the Greek Signals Corps (similar to British Army’s/Signals Corps PTARMIGAN System)

· Trained as a laboratory and studios electronics engineer - worked along with the professional electronics engineers in terms of everyday maintenance and repairing of relevant equipment
