I was hired to manage the project of launch the Jac Motors new car, J2.

After 1 year of Manager of Traffic department creation I was promoted to Project Manager and only after two months promoted again to Operation Manager of the entire agency, where i was responsible for the Restructuring of Internal Projects Agency, Strategic Management of Teams, management and analyzes the performance of licenses and markets, management reports and strategic planning, time tracking, control headcount, Presentation status internal projects.

As administrator of the systems used by bank employees, was responsible for Access Control, profiling and technical support of the financial systems used by all the employees of Westlb Bank. Was also responsible for the monthly Budget of the IT department and have a participation and management of the project update systems and infrastructure, Also, small-sized projects of the Technology department.

As a Trainee I was responsible for Customer Technical Support of all the Employees (Configuration and operation of software like Norton Antivirus, Internet Explorer, Lotus notes, installation and configuration of the operating system). Development and maintenance of hardware and support the use of Windows tools and specific software from Siemens and training Lotus Notes to new Employees.
