Dr. Tatsiana Skrahina

I have contracted with three distinct corporate partners to guide and supervise the development of two medical products and one diagnostic test. As part of this effort, I developed two observational studies and one phase II clinical trial, including writing policies and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory and institutional requirements. I also set up and initiated five study-specific sites while tracking enrollment of eligible subjects/participants.

I provided leadership for a global immune-oncology phase II trial, including overseeing partner communications with trial investigators, site staff, five vendors, and two CROs. As part of this effort, I reviewed, selected, and managed 13 clinical sites in four countries, UK, Spain, Australia, and the US.

I completed more than 10 early-phase studies for 5+ pharmaceutical companies, including managing submissions and presentations to regulatory bodies. I handled all aspects of protocol development, subject recruiting, data reporting, and documentation. This included maintaining 10+ study databases and completing document submissions to German regulatory agencies.

I managed clinical trials covering “Pulmonary tuberculosis biomarkers development”. I provided leadership in all aspects of the trial, including study design, ethics, staff training, and data analysis while monitoring investigational sites, liaising with clinical partners, and overseeing acquisition and processing of patient samples. I presented data/findings at five medical conferences to scientific experts, wrote several articles, and published results in four scientific journals.

I led a research project on “The role of Schizosaccharomyces pombe cyclophilin Rct1 in RNA polymerase II transcription” in collaboration with international scientific experts and fellow team members. During this time, I gained expertise in biochemistry, molecular biology and microbiology. I provided program reports to my supervisors and presented my findings at serveral international conferences.
