Short term contract basis, Oct – Feb. Managing a stall in a Shopping Centre over the busy festive period. Ensured day-to-day running of the stall, including cashing up, inventory of stock and stock orders. KPI’s – 20 sales weekly – Achieved – 26 sales weekly. Performed a ‘Sales Masterclass’ for all the executives over the two stalls (9 execs) including top management, giving sales coaching, tips and role-playing. Increased revenue threefold over the two stalls.

Promoted to Manager within 6 months – on average takes 12-18 months. Personally recruited and trained all members of my team. Ran 4 sales training topics at monthly events for over 50+ people including a workshop over the phone.
