Inwido which is a leading windows and door manufacturer of Europe, has hired me as an intern for 5 weeks to work on Value Stream Mapping of the Aluminium handling floor and to suggest some of the changes to implement Lean successfully in the production. In a group we also helped the company to have the standard cycle times and set up times in their database for the different profile operations.

I worked in the fields of SAP ERP systems, Fiori-UI5 and Change management projects and delivered the given tasks on time. As a change management engineer I solved the critical business issues by consulting with the customers. I could adapt to the different responsibilities in the changing professional environment and leverage my skills during the period of my employment.

In my thesis work I mainly concentrated on Sustainable production and Supply Chain Management but also had to consider other streams since the research was interdisciplinary in nature. I did a qualitative study and discussed several recommendations for End of Life Vehicles handling policy in India.
