Raw material inspection - Review of Test certificates with respect to Standards & P.O. Final inspection of mechanical parts as per client requirement (Visual and dimension checking). Conducting Supplier Audits and follow up of Audit Closure. Use Root cause analysis to implement corrective actions on frequent quality issues.

o Inspection of Aero engine components which includes dimensional, profile, surface roughness test, NDT, Eg: FPI, DPI, etc. o Dimensional inspection using sophisticated instruments like microhite, vernier calipers, and micrometers. o Surface roughness testing using Talysurf machine. o NDT like FPI, DPI etc. o Preparation of testing and commissioning method statements in coordination with vendors, General Contractor representative's and project owners representative's.

o Inhouse inpection of sheet metal fabricated components. o Dimensional inspection of sheet metal components using vernier caliper, micrometer o Checking welded areas of sheet metal components by NDT method like Dye Penetrant method.
