As manager in one of the biggest international IT companies I have many responsibilities related to people management, reporting and project leadership. Many of the tasks are related to customer support and constantly good performance of my team.

I was promoted for manager of 30 people within outsourcing project for a big international company. My responsibilities were related to some HR activities as holiday planning and schedule, people management tasks as feedbacks and career discussions and reporting ti the middle and higher management for the progress and performance of the outsourcing project.

I was part of a new outsourcing project for big international company. As an customer care specialist my job was mostly related to resource planning (spare parts, onsite customer engineers).

As assistant of the General Secretary I was responsible for his schedule, answering incoming calls and prioritize them in regards to the workflow during the day, organizing his meetings and some events. Part of my responsibilities was also to receive documents needing his signature and present them to him.
