My role consists in leading teams of young professionals who create high quality business solution demand for the EMEA and MEA market in the IT sector. Inspiring them to do their best every day and improving their knowledge and skills continuously is my highest priority. I see absolute ownership by looking at results with a strategical approach but taking immediate actions if required is one of the skills which lead to sustainable and effective management.

To my responsibilities belong building and maintaining direct relationships with customers, taking responsibility for their satisfaction following deployment of PTC University services. Furthermore working closely with the PTC sales ecosystem to build and manage a robust and pipeline of desktop training and consulting opportunities are one of my daily tasks as well as providing an insightful business outlook including business forecasting, pipeline strength, and key initiatives.
