Responsible for: 1.Sales and purchase ledger, bank reconciliations, petty cash control, quarterly VAT returns. 2.Rent control accounts reconciliation (Client and Dilapidation Accounts). 3.Managed the accounts of properties let (monitoring rent collection, payment to landlords, ad hoc payments for maintenance work and other expenses). 4.Accruals, prepayments and maintained the Fixed Asset Register. 5.Prepared the accounts up to the trial balance and reporting to the Chief Accountant.
