Terely Harrell

Terely Alfaro Harrell has spent over 12 years as the owner and cook at What The Flan, LLC, in San Francisco. Since establishing the one-person business in 2010, she has established the company as a provider of flan to Pastel Digital, Tehona Markado, and The Market, as well as all Luke’s Local and Bi-Rite locations. Her client base combines for approximately 300 flan orders every week. In addition to preparing and delivering the food, Terely Alfaro Harrell is responsible for all marketing efforts through the What The Flan Instagram account, @whattheflansf. Prior to establishing What The Flan, Ms. Harrell spent time in the role of children ministry director with the City Church of San Francisco and as an adult aerobics instructor at the Fort Sanders Fitness Center in Knoxville. From 1987 to 1990 she worked as a librarian at the Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, Mississippi.
