Plan, organize and manage the activities of the Human Resources, Training, Industrial Relations (union), Community Relation, Administration and I.T and to provide assistance to the General Manager

Coordinates, analyses, reports all human resources functions such as recruitment, inductions and orientations, performance management, training, personel development, succession and career management; supports improvement projects about organizational structure and management processes; manage payroll and personnel affairs.

-H.R functions include; Recruitment, Performans Management System, Remuneration, Training & Development , Industrial Relations, Expatriate Affairs and Payroll System. -The Admin. functions include; information technology, transportation services & catering -Manager H.R & Admin. is also required to develop & implement policies consistent with corporate policies, goals & objectives. -Manage & administer the joint negotiation of site Collective Labor Agreement with the Turkish Mine Workers’ Union

as Asst. Technical Office Chief - To keep site application projects to the right technical specs. and contract - Pursuit contract administration - Manage of quantity measurement and pricing works of all mechanical activities at site. as Commissioining Coordinator - Coordinate to pre-commissionning, commissionning and hand-over activities of project to Client Project: The existing refinery was extended to increase the capacity for high-octane-fuel and to produce unlead fuel.

Manages and coordinates all Construction (Complete Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation Works) & pre-commissionning activities of Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG) in Quetta-Balochistan-Pakistan and in Nuh Çimento-Hereke-Izmit

Manages and coordinates all Steel Structure manufacturing works of the project at site. Project: Turnkey Construction of TR-3 Mersin Float Glass Factory for Turkish Bottle and Glass Factories Inc.

Coordinates manufacturing works of 2 numbers Gas Holder Project and 2nd Hot Strip Revamp Project for EREGLI

Coordinates manufacturing works of steel structures such as Girne Power Plant Steel Construction; Hydrocracker Unit of Kirikkale Refinery for TUPRAS; 1st Hot Strip Revamp Project for EREGLI
