Procurement of services with shipment carriers, warehouse suppliers, and Customs/postal operators across the globe. Ensure that all purchased services and suppliers are delivering their service levels and are constantly monitored and held against agreed KIPs, including structured contract management, invoicing, reporting, and review. Collaborating with stakeholders and category managers o find the best ways to improve procurement processes

Resolve issues and address complaints and escalate complex matters to the appropriate departments. Worked to achieve high customer satisfaction rates by providing optimal customer service and problem-solving work. Brokedown and evaluated user problems,using test scripts,personal expertise, and probing questions. Performed root cause analysis and general troubleshooting multiple applications

Contacting Insurance on behalf of clients (US). Verification of EOB for procedure code and due amount. Sorting of huge due payments and incorrect diagnosis code , and resolving the backlogs . KT to the new joiners about the operations and process followed as per the policies without limiting the KPI'S. Collaborating with team members and with management for any escalation and to discuss about problem solving methodologies .
