There are 3 main purposes of my role. The first is to manage existing and develop new relationships with CRO clients internationally. The second, to support and assist the EU Delivery group in managing the day to day pipeline of CRO roles and to ensure that delivery is maintained to each client. The third, is to actively contribute to account delivery through personal candidate sourcing depending on demand.
