Full-time member of the faculty of Corvinus University of Budapest's School of Business. I am in the Department of Business Law. I focus on complex commercial transactions and corporate policy, risk, and management solutions. My work concentrates intensively on cutting-edge technology in the areas of Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Process Automation, Intelligent Automation and Software Implementation.

In addition to full-time position at EY, taught high level course at Georgetown University School of Law on structuring, negotiating and drafting contracts for complex commercial transactions. Course consistently highly rated and generally with substantial waitlist for admission. Practical and solution driven counsellor on complex contractual, transactional and policy matters involving EY firms and operations throughout the globe. Focused on cutting-edge international and domestic transactional matters for major private sector entities as well as sovereign governments and mutilateral institutions. Extensive work on matters involving the US, Europe, the former Soviet Union, Asia and the Middle-East. In depth experience in a broad range of industries including energy, telecom, manufacturing, financial institutions and services.

As part of the very first Western law office behind the Iron Curtain advised foreign investors from Europe, the United States and Asia on ground-breaking acquisitions, joint ventures, privatizations and other transactions before and during the historic opening of the Iron Curtain and in the first years of Central Europe's fundamental transformation to a private sector economy.

Conducted research on legal aspects of East/West commercial transactions under the guidance of Professor Ferenc Mádl, who later served as President of the Republic of Hungary.
