Theresa Wiesenbart

This one and a half year young professionals program presents the opportunity to build valuable operational and commercial skills in a fast-moving global logistics environment. This trainee programme consists of a rotation of business placements all over the world and is complemented by a dedicated development programme providing workshops and different business projects. From July 2018 - October 2018 I was part of a project management team in the United States of America.

During my Contract Logistics Trainee program I was part of a project management team for a major warehouse implementation of the global customer Amazon in the United States of America (Chicago and Baltimore). To my main tasks belogs to support the Logistics Training Center Manager to organize and run trainings concepts including process training, knowledge transfer form GER to US, project management and implementation of structures for process quality as well as participation in business meetings.

Practical Bachelor thesis in English entitled “Global Supply Chain Management in the Chemical Industry – Nearshore Outsourcing project of a non-chemical process to Czech Republic” on behalf of Clariant at the Site Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Department at Gendorf, Germany.

Working Student at the chemical action and tenside management team. I have been entrusted to office administration with focus on data processing, data transmission and SAP.

As intern in the Seafreight Import Department I assisted with day - to - day operations in Seafreight department and the Seafreight Manager in various project, assignments and tasks, performed various customer service and administrative functions.

As an apprentice I was in all departments of the daily just-in-time production and I got relevant insights from the production to the selling of the newspaper. In the time of July 2013 - September 2013 I already worked as a full-time employment mainly for private and commercial customer service about advertisings orders, displays and subscriptions conditions until my study started in October 2013.
