 Integrated all the sub-activities into the project plan and carried out feasibility analysis of target schedule.  Prepared the BOM, Process Flow Chart (MS Visio) and update the Production Attribute System (PAS).  Prepared the Material Requirement Planning (Resins, paints, steels and bought out parts).
