In charge of customers in the Pharmaceutical market (Johnson and Johnson, PFIZER), Cosmetics (ALES, Pierre Fabre, ASEPTA, BOOTS,…) and in the Industry (HENKEL, BOSTIK,…). Turnover about 9M Euros. About 10 new customers found every year. International market development.

Quality Manager ALCAN Cebal SA, Saumur Direct management of 6 persons, functional of 25 persons. Cut down of 20% of the rejection rate in 2004. Iso 9001 version 2000 Certification obtained without remark.

Implementation of new system of in-process control with Statistical Process Control. Capability studies on critical measurable characteristics to be followed with control charts. Training of 150 persons. PDCA approach.

In charge of the actions concerning the plant Quality Managers in Italy, Germany, Czech Republic and France. I made an Access European Data Base for the Customer complaints. I helped to implement the Best Practices concerning SAP. I helped the plants to be in adequacy with the Iso 9001 version 2000 (creation of an European Quality Book). I put in place statistical control in our aluminum tubes plant in Saumur for L’Oreal. I also improved Quality by using Quality tools such as Statistical Process

Functional Management of 30 persons Reorganization of the process Customer Service. Training of the Customer Service staff on SAP. Internal audit on the complaint treatment. Creation of Good Practices on SAP for Customers Service employees. Made some computer tools to cut down the payment delay. Everyday use of SAP R3 SD and Business Object.
