Client Credit Suisse Responsibilities Load feeds into Sybase database from source systems. Support service requests pertaining to application functionality and ad-hoc reports. Maintain knowledge base/troubleshooting documentation, KEDB, SOPs, application monitoring Run book, work-flow coordination and follow-up to maintain SLAs. Work with engineering team for handing & take overactive production issues to create specific knowledge base for team.

Client American Express Responsibilities: Update the code of content system, Check the status of the content transferred. Carry on integration pre-production and production deployments in association with the QA team. Validate of the sites after deployments. .Net Deployment: Update code in integration environment and execute necessary scripts in database. Create pre-production/production deployment tickets related to Instance creation on Integration, Apache and IIS and several other maintenance works.

Client: Deutsche Bank Responsibilities identify production incidents/issues and fix them by making necessary changes on Control-M command lines or database tables Day to day troubleshooting through Unix and maintain applications in Unix/Oracle. GDH - Global Data Hub-support development phase, integrate data from flat files and other databases, load into oracle tables using Informatica Identify and fix bugs in existing production after detailed impact analysis.
