Promoted to manager position to build the training and development portion, working within a sales team of 10+ team members to promote and sell network security products within a geographic territory. This includes sales of network security products and services to resellers, system integrators, consultants and DMR territory sales managers to develop sales strategies to penetrate existing and potential markets, customer and reseller prospecting, and pre-sales product recommendations.

I was responsible for delivering instructional material, providing field coaching and development that supported the training and on-the-job performance of employees across the Consumer Sales organization. Provided sales coaching and development in support of AT&T Wireless retail stores and indirect sales channels, which occurred on site, in a classroom or through virtual delivery.
