Management of global IT infrastructure projects for major clients CMA CGM & Michelin, overseeing a €2M annual service budget. Responsible for OS/software migrations, server and service deployments, security enhancements and implementation of new business-critical applications. Managed cross-functional teams of 14 professionals (Architects, PMs, PMO and Technical leads) across multiple countries.

Project to optimize and harmonize internal Services Level Agreements (SLAs) within the Client Delivery division: • Migration and implementation of the new SLA census system • Harmonisation of inventories • Steering and coordination of SLA monitoring actions • Definition and creation of KPIs and project newsletters • Support and assistance to end users of the new SLA management tool • Creation of user guides

Program to modernise the ticketing system of the Ile-de-France public transport network (budget of €360million): • Development and monitoring of the project reporting. • Requirements analysis, functional design improvement proposals, pre-production tests. • Contribution to the "Imagine R" pre-sale campaign, user acceptance testing of the web platform, improvement suggestions, etc. • Design of web pages for "Ticket on board” text messaging: product presentation, Q&A’s, pricing, etc.)

Project support to large global retailers which IT infrastructure had been outsourced to IBM. My role included: · Optimization of resource utilization and project productivity gains · Project Quality Assurance · Project Control and monitoring · Development of trackers for : - Project tasks and reporting, across projects (portfolio) and teams - Deployment or shutdown of servers - Team resource impacts on their backups · Building consumables monitoring and customers estimated billing costs

Project to relocate 5500 people, from 7 sites to 1 new « high tech » campus, outside of Paris. My role included: • Change management: Supporting employees and running workshops. • Introduction of flexwork (hot desking) and new associated IT tools. • Planning and management of application +500 User Acceptance Tests, until successful completion. • Floor walking to build IT asset inventory and assure compatibility • Community manager: organisation and management of social media groups
