Definition, planning and organization of installation inspections on gas engine gensets and CHPs all over the world. Lead the team to perform installation inspections at the highest level of competence and quality. Develop, validate and optimize standards for engine integration into power plants to support our customers in CHP concepts and designs from scratch throughout whole engine life. Define new gas engiene projects, specify test procedures and lead engine validation within these projects.

Planning, coordination and management of development activities on gas engines for stationary and mobile applications. Building a new department, define work methodology, recruite and develop personnel for new roles Determining the development goals and work out a development strategy (product and technology roadmap) Development of a new gas engine family with six engine with mechanical power from 140 to 517 kW from concept to series.

Prepared business cases and planned project to define specifications for 6 new ground-breaking gas engine types, including budgeting, time and resource planning and iexperimental control. Key responsibility for concept development, defining main engine parameters and directing specific design work for test parts and prototypes Technical and project lead for engine development, defined specific engine components, controlled series design, planned test campaign, designed experiments and assessed risk
