Manager of a biomarker database containing data from 4SC's previous and current clinical trials. Responsible for the whole database development including design, setup and maintenance. Analysis of OMICS data, e.g. miRNA and gene expression data as part of the extended responsibility for discovery and development of biomarkers for preclinical to phase II clinical projects. Contribution to clinical study reports in the form of statistical analysis of biomarkers in clinical trials.

Application of a comprehensive range of techniques and methodologies for inhouse or collaborative projects in various development stages, e.g. virtual high-throughput screening using docking or alignment techniques, molecular modeling, QSAR, homology modeling. Vital contribution to 4SC's proprietary docking software ProPose. Development of in silico ADME tools for prediction of metabolism and drug-likeness using e.g. semiempirical descriptors, Kohonen maps, specially designed docking interactions.
