Responsible for leading diverse and complex chemistry informatics information system projects with large cross functional project teams. Projects costs exceeded $5M and consisted of more than 20 team members; client scientific, IS staff, offshore/onshore contractors and vendor consultants. Projects included implementation/integration of CambridgeSoft E-Notebook, custom software development, application enhancements and upgrades and infrastructure implementations.

Analyze trends and develop high level report summarizations for IT Security for top tier executives, including Portfolio Managers and the Chief of Operations and Technology (COT) at this top 10 Fortune 500 company. Provide direction to Program Directors and Program Managers while analyzing change requests, risks and issues of both program plans and project plans. Compiled key performance indicator reports, and performed QA strategies to determine status and quality of Programs project plans.

Provided Project Management in driving IT departments to implement a new Data Warehouse on a new infrastructure. Performed Risk Analysis workshops to identify probability and impact of risks, and rank risks. In association with the Data Architect, Operations, Disaster Recovery, and ETL teams, developed plans to mitigate, avoid, and transfer risks. Consulted security teams to insure compliance with privacy and banking PCI standards. Produced executive weekly earned value budget reports.

Responsible for scheduling and organizing training for IBM employees for the Los Angeles Branch, Wilshire Office. Duties consisted of setup and maintaining a monthly schedule for classes. Technical evaluation of all Learning Center equipment including software and touch-screen hardware. Responsible for logging credit hours for employees.
