One step deeper into the Testing Management granted access to - Onsite Meetings at the customers place - Tester Management - Definition of Test Processes - Coordination of Test Team Leads - Coordination of Test Processes into Agile Software Development Processes

As the next level and a step deeper into the management of software delivery and software testing, I achieved new responsibilities besides the former ones as a basic Test Team Lead: - Joining the Project Managers and Test Managers in their meetings - Coordinating with the customers for upcoming test cycles - Planning and Creation of test cycles to cover the customer's needs

In order to gain a better understanding of the management behind the simple testing of software, I joined the Test Team Leads (TTL) in Germany. As a basic Test Team Lead I have some new responsibilities like - Tester Coordination - Consulting of technical and formal issues on the tester's side - Escalating major issues, which prevent the testers from testing - Test Case Creation - Sighting and Retesting Issues - Summarising and reporting the results for the customers

Working in the Purchasing Quality Management department (PUQ) made me responsible for several topics: - Responsible for the quality of purchased articles - Reclamation Management - Communication with the suppliers - Visiting the suppliers to check their production methods - Problem solving of quality issues

Doing this interesting extra job while studying turned out to be a great hobby of mine. Many kinds of software testing were performed in that time like - Manual Testing - Test Case Execution - In-the-Wild Testing - Usability Testing - Localisation Testing.

This course of studies was chosen due to the diversity of different topics which could be learned. Achieving the degree 'Bachelor of Science" made me an allrounder for many different subjects like the IT, Marketing, Finance or Economy instead of just focusing and specialising on one subject.
