As Engineering Manager I work with 10 developers on the panel system domain to bring value to our 10M panelists and more than 1000 customers, making sure that we keep building awesome, valuable products. I support the teams by contributing to the the technical vision, by making sure our processes align with our values, by helping create an inclusive environment, by mentoring and coaching to ensure each individual can grow at Cint and by growing the teams, finding the right candidates to join us.

As Team Building Manager I work with the CTOs on designing the recruiting pipeline and onboarding processes. I organize team-centered activities to increase employee happiness and retention, which is especially important in these difficult times. I am co-responsible for the development and upkeep of processes to gather employee feedback and improve our working environment and culture. I further offer weekly guided mindfulness meditation sessions.

At GapFish I work on extending, maintaining and running the software that drives one of the largest panel platforms in the German-speaking regions, using agile methodologies, TDD, Code Reviews and architecture discussions to craft high quality code. Our tech stack includes: - Ruby on Rails - Vue.js, Stimulus.js - Docker, Kubernetes

At casa e.V. I am responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of all computer systems. This includes 2 servers running Windows Server and more than 60 PCs running either Windows or Ubuntu. I assist the management in choosing both hard- and software solutions, train employees in using software and manage and design software running on casa's web servers.

Classes: Structured Programming (CS), Object Oriented Programming (CS), Computer Science / Technology (Biotechnology / Bioengineering) My main task is to help students understand the topics discussed in the lectures and apply this knowledge in weekly homework assignments using the Java programming language. I will then check and correct the written software and give feedback on the correctness and quality of code.

Web development using Java (Spring), JavaScript, Bootstrap

During my internship I developed a REST API using Node.js accessing data from a MySQL database and a corresponding Typo3 extension to add data through the typo backend. I was able to gain experience in the areas of test driven development and performance analysis using Jenkins CI, Apachebench and JMeter. I became familiar with the software development process in a professional context, participated in team meetings and presented my development progress.
