- Commercial leadership for construction and real estate projects - Manage tendering, bidding and cost calculation - Control financial performance, liquidity and profitability - Lead procurement and supplier negotiations - Supervise project execution and resource planning - Coordinate with clients, architects and authorities - Apply VOB, contract and claims management
