The IT Lead position – Business Functional Domain leader – Plan and Make is responsible for providing a single point of accountability to deliver IT solutions/services, provides people leadership on IT engagement processes, provides thought leadership on strategic direction (business & IT), and provides results leadership that ensures successful delivery of IT solutions & services (including support).

Director Manufacturing Global Business Processes with direct reporting line to SVP Manufacturing & Supply Chain. • Responsible for global process harmonization and standardization of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes at AGCO Corp.; considering the LEAN principles, and focusing on a seamless SAP ERP integration. • On site ramp up support during an SAP implementation in context with a brownfield and greenfield project initiative in China.
