• Sourcing for surfactants, peroxides, and initiators, a very specialty and broad portfolio characterized by niche products and critical single supply situations • Managing co-manufacturing and tolling models for standardized surfactants

P&L responsibility for portfolio nearly a quarter billion with 2 production plants in Europe

• Implemented a differentiated customer service approach by executing an European customer segmentation for the Amines business unit (>300 products). • Implemented E-Commerce platform with customer and driving online marketing campaigns for selected products.
