Self-employed – Exclusively in VIELER International working. Market analysis covering Spain, Portugal, LATAM. Market expansion through new customer contacts. Project execution. Groundwork for setting-up projects from Vieler International in order to establish its new subsidary Vieler Ibérica in the Iberian Peninsula.

LONGWOOD ELASTOMERS, S.A. Subsidiary of the US-American Longwood Elastomers, Inc. (Greensboro/North Carolina). Dedicated to the rubber and rubber-plastic-metal products’ manufacture for the automotive industry. Location of the subsidiary: Soria / Spain. Product design and determination of rubber compound, calculation of offer, realization of prototypes and test performing. Tool design and its follow-up. Direct contact to customers and suppliers. Leadership concerning the development team.

WOCO IBÉRICA, S.A. Subsidiary of the German WOCO - Group. Dedicated to the production of anti-vibration-rubber components (e.g. silentblocks) for the automotive industry. Location of the subsidiary: Soria / Spain. Managing the whole department with its employees concerning international automotive standards as ISO/TS 16949.

Subsidiary of the French group VALEO. Dedicated to the production of lighting lamps. Location of the subsidiary: Martos (Jaén) / Spain. (Including 2 plants (Martos + Barcelone) with a total of 1.500 employees.) Responsible for the quality system concerning the standards of ISO/TS 16949, V 1000, the Total-Quality-Management V 5000 and customer audits. Additionally I gave support concerning supplier/customer audits. Realization of trainings within the company in quality tools.

Vice-Quality-Director in WOCO IBÉRICA, S.A. and international collaborator within the whole WOCO-group with its plants concerning the quality system. EOQ-Auditor. Main activities:  Introduction and follow-up of quality systems (ISO 9000, VDA 6.1, QS 9000) in all the subsidiaries of the Iberian peninsula and the whole American continent (North-, Middle and South-America) and South Africa.  Systemaudits concerning VDA 6.1/QS 9000/ISO/TS 16949 + Processaudits VDA 6.3.

Location of the subsidiary: Soria / Spain. Activity: Introduction of the Enterprise-Resource-Planning System FOSS II (Ordat). Input and its follow-up of customer orders.

HUF ESPAÑA, S.A. Subsidiary of the German Huf-Group dedicated to the automotive lock-systems. Location of the subsidiary: El Burgo de Osma (Soria) / Spain. (Including 2 plants (Spain + Portugal) with a total of 450 employees.) Activity: Managers assistent Responsible for production displacements and its coordination.
