Responsible for managing the Systems and Solution Sales Organization of Switzerland. Responsibilities included hiring, training, team building, compensation, market development, territory assignment, revenue forecasting, budgeting and promotion.

Responsible for all business development efforts across Europe, Middle East and Africa for Emerson’s Safety Instrumented System. Worked closely with the global Director of Business Development, as well as with the Implementation Manager for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for developing and implementing European trade compliance management policies, procedures and providing training to country based gatekeepers. Responsible for performing compliance audits in close cooperation with the Emerson Trade Compliance organization in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Responsible for all technical aspects of Emerson's DCS in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMA), as well as for Emerson's Safety Instrumented System Provided support to all the local Emerson Process Management Field Sales Organization in Europe, Middle East and Africa and took ownership of organizing and providing specialized technical trainings to our SIS Champions.
