Responsible for a number of key accounts for Enea Services Öresund, among others SonyEricsson, TetraPak, Gambro, and Scalado. As a key account I always strive to look past the short term sales and get a relation with the customer that is profitable long term. I also try to understand the accounts needs so that I can give the right offer at the right time.

Acting manager for the business unit, ”Open systems” during a parental leave. The BUM is responsible for budgeting, financial result, personnel, sales and administration. The size of the unit was 29 people. It included a Microsoft team, and open source team and a test and quality section.

The Test and Quality team was converted to its own section under the business unit “Open systems”. As section manager I was responsible for budget, sales and personnel administration of 10 people. We had engineers within the areas of test management, test automation, process improvements, and regression testing strategies.

In parallel with my assignment I built up a test and quality organisation for Enea in the Öresund region. It included recruiting, developing the competence of the team and teambuilding. It also included creating an offer within test and quality and selling it to new and existing customers.

Customer1: The assignment had two purposes. Test management of the SW releases for their products and mentoring to improve the customers’ verification methods. Customer2: The assignment was as test manager for a release of OSE (Eneas real time operating system). OSE is one of the most widely deployed RTOS in the world and handles more than 5 billion phone calls every day. Securing the quality to a very high level is obviously of the greatest importance.

Started as a test system developer for production tests of systems. I developed verification methods and automated them in Labview and TestStand. The demands for short testing cycles, low yield loss, and no downtime in these systems were a challenge. Over the years gradually transferred to a project management role for international test and industrialisation projects. The industrialisation projects worked with optimizing the full product lifecycle for electronic products.
